Dental hygiene and health are very important, and aside from brushing, flossing, rinsing and all the normal stuff you do on a daily basis, you also need to know a few natural tips and tricks for maintaining better oral health. Well, I’ve been there too, and it’s no fun for sure. Your mouth could be hurting for a number of reasons. Determine whether it’s a problem that could be remedied by using a natural rinse.

You can always use mouthwash if it’s a problem of that type, but mouthwash doesn’t always cut it. You swish it around for a minute, and then all the sudden you realize your mouth is still hurting. That is why you need to know about two other natural rinses. First, I always like to put quite a bit of salt in some lukewarm water, stir it and then use it like a mouthwash. This is a very soothing natural remedy, and it can help to knock out the pain quickly.

Sometimes you have to rinse a couple times to take care of the problem. You can also use hydrogen peroxide, and I’ve used them both before, back to back. What do you know about green tea?
