This log-in webpage leads to the Practitioner Section.  Therein, approved practitioners can order surveys for their clients to take online.  The prepaid survey is recorded in our web database, and the sponsoring practitioner is sent the survey page URL and a survey page password to give to the client who will be taking the survey online.  The client goes to the survey webpage, inputs the special password, enters his or her respective data (including the unique SURVEY ID you give to him or her), and proceeds to take the survey online.

CAM Survey Pro - Online is divided into five sections.  Each section requires an average between 20 and 40 minutes to complete.  The client may take as long as he or she needs, however, to answer all of the questionnaire's questions.  When the fifth section is completed by the client, the entire set of answers is automatically transferred to our home office where it is scored by a sophisticated computer software package.  The results of the scoring process are then automatically forwarded to the sponsoring practitioner's e-mail address.

The practitioner reviews the reports and arranges to discuss the survey's results in a consultation with the client.  The reports are individualized into easy-to-understand topics regarding health conditions and care.  Each report explains a single health related topic (such as Acidosis, Adrenal Fatigue, Alcohol Abuse, Autointoxication, Autonomic Nervous System dominance, Ayurvedic Doshas, Depression, Metabolic System optimization, Oxidation Type dominance, Vibroacoustic Disease, etc.) in simple language, provides a score and indicator of that score derived from the online survey answers and answer patterns, and includes a disclaimer.  Optionally, the practitioner can have each report generate custom information for the client to read. 

In addition to the set of health related reports (see below), the survey results include detailed reports that reflect beneficial, balanced, and adverse Food and Food Products, uniquely determined and based on the client's answer patterns to the survey's questions.  Each report can be customized based on the client's dominant Autonomic Nervous System Type, Blood Type, Dosha, Dominant Oxidative Type; or any combination thereof.  Some clients' answer patterns allow the software to indicate beneficial activities on the reports (such as walking, dancing, jogging, karate, etc.), and some answer patterns can lead to the indication of adverse pharmaceutical agents showing on some reports.  Furthermore, if the practitioner supplies vital signs information related to the client, detailed reports discussing those vital signs can also be included with the survey's results -- as part of the same package.
