Anthony Speroni began practice in complementary
and alternative medicine in 1976, when he stepped out of the classrooms at the
University of Miami, Florida, and into the treating rooms at the Clinical
Hypnosis and Biofeedback Therapy Center of North Miami Beach. His early practice
focused on four primary disciplines: (1) The relief and control of pain without
pharmaceuticals -- during surgery and for chronic conditions; (2) Natural,
drugless relaxation techniques; (3) Weight management without dieting; and (4)
Anti-aging through health, nutritional supplementation, and diet optimization
education. Today, Dr. Speroni’s practice includes all of his original focuses
plus additional natural medicine, noninvasive monitoring of therapeutic
protocols, and bioenergetic services.
Complementing his work at the N. Miami Beach clinic, Anthony received his
teaching certificate in early 1977 and taught classes on hypnotherapy,
physics, math, and biofeedback at the two schools he previously attended
as a student: the University of Miami and Miami Beach Senior High School.
By the latter part of 1977, he independently operated a private practice
in North Miami Beach, Florida, from where he not only worked with people
who had all types of wellness challenges, but also authored educational and
research works in the areas of hypnotherapy and biofeedback, created his
first book and audio series (“Relaxweigh”) regarding relaxation and weight
control techniques, scheduled his travel and speaking engagements, and
provided general consultation services.
Anthony Speroni’s entrepreneurism began at the age of ten, well before he
ever heard the words “complementary and alternative medicine”. His preteen years involved a cooperative business venture he initiated
with an uncle as a tropical fish breeder and wholesaler. The tropical fish
business involved breeding and distribution of fish to pet shops in the
Bronx, Brooklyn, and Manhattan, New York areas. At that time, he learned to truly
respect the value of life an, to care for living things, the mysteries and
wonders of nature, and pH water test values.
In his late teens, his adventures and learning experiences ranged from
becoming a manager for a diet book publishing company to the resident
professional, tour player, and clubhouse manager at Miami’s Putt-Putt Golf
course. The publishing company was the largest diet and calorie-counter
book publisher in the world, at that time, and thereat Anthony aided in
office management, marketing, fulfillment, and claims department demands. In the
world of publishing, he not only learned how to write, publish, and
distribute books and other works of art, but also met with a wide variety
of successful international businesspersons. As a touring professional in
the game of Putt-Putt, Anthony traveled all over the country and improved
his skills in the areas of communication, persistence, and competition.
Although his experiences in professional sports with his golf club
included winning the Miami Course Championship in 1975, 1976, 1977,
1978, and 1979, Anthony always contended he was a much better teacher and
manager of the game than tour player. As still very much a young man and while
continuing in his CAM studies and school work, Anthony retired from both the
publishing business and sports games in late 1979, and never returned to either.
By virtue of a series of professional contacts made over several years in
his diverse enterprises as well as through his CAM practice, in 1981, Anthony
Speroni diminished his CAM activities to part-time work and accepted a
position with American Investors Life Insurance Company, Topeka, Kansas.
As Regional Vice-President and corporate Registered Agent in the state of Florida, Anthony’s
responsibilities included: information technology (computers); marketing;
and developing, recruiting, training, educating, managing, and supporting
over 2,000 licensed insurance agents in FL, AL, GA, KY, TN, NC, SC, VA,
MD, DC, PA, & MI. Anthony Speroni was not only the youngest person in
history to hold that Regional Vice-President position, but he was also the
most prodigious producer the company had ever seen – finishing the 1982,
1983, 1984, and 1985 calendar years as the top producer in the nation,
with sales records that have not since been broken. In 1984, he was named
to the All Star Honor Role (world leaders) -- Insurance sales. Nonetheless, on
December 31, 1985, to shock of many observers, yet in accord with his personal plans, Anthony retired from
the insurance industry and never again returned to it. At that time, he was financially positioned to
return to his first-loved-career in complementary and alternative medicine
and operate again full-time -- with the ability to provide services to a
host of people, irrespective of their means to compensate for his
services. Moreover, he pursued advancements in his personal education and
research.
During the years of 1986 through 1994, Anthony Speroni volunteered much of
his time and efforts to an independent Christian ministry organization as
an educator, counselor, and speaker. He magnified his work in the ministry
by providing a host of people with CAM services, specifically in the areas
of hypnotherapy and biofeedback. During this same period, his
entrepreneurialism included investments in commercial real estate, a
mortgage brokerage, an outside storage company, and computer hardware and
software (development) retail. He also continued to further his CAM
education as well as study computer programming.
The computer hardware and software interests introduced Anthony to an
opportunity involving the viatical settlement industry, in 1995.
Experiences as an active CAM practitioner, retired insurance professional,
business manager, educator, entrepreneur, and computer software developer
uniquely provided him with both the understanding and tools necessary to
create a proprietary software package specifically written for the
viatical settlement business. The development of this software program --
presently so advanced that there is neither an equal to it nor anything
that even remotely comes close to it in the industry -- allowed him to
meet and communicate with not only many AIDS and terminally ill patients but also a
wide variety of doctors, therapists, and other healthcare professionals
in both complementary and alternative medicine as well as mainstream
medicine.
By the year 2000, while remaining available as a full-time CAM
practitioner, Anthony’s wide-array of professional contacts in several
international industries, including information technology and medicine,
coinciding with his uniquely diversified education, successes, and work
experiences, had permitted him to begin research and design efforts on
another software product – CAM Survey Pro. In mid-2002, the first version
of this software program became available in the retail marketplace.
Today, CAM Survey Pro is promoted as the most powerful cooperative assessment,
evaluation, and educational CAM software tool in the world. It is
perfectly suited for use by mainstream as well as complementary and
alternative medicine providers who are specializing in the fields of
bioenergetics, Eastern and Western medicines, alternative and harmonizing
therapies, and psychology. (For more information about

In late 2002, Anthony Speroni expanded his work in the field of
biofeedback to include newly-developed bioenergetic devices. Since then,
with his personal laptop, custom-developed computer software programs, and
bioenergetic devices in-hand, he regularly toured the United States in his
motorhome, holding seminars. Anthony currently travels around the county
holding specialized CAM classes that are designed to show healthcare
practitioners (in all disciplines) how to incorporate still-surviving,
ancient, healthcare techniques with modern, all natural, completely safe,
noninvasive approaches. Additionally, he provides data on how to smoothly
introduce such tools into their respective practices. His goal has always
been to educate other practitioners on a variety of modern computer
hardware instruments, software programs, advanced information
technologies, and world-class, top of the line, bioelectromagnetic devices, in
ways that will lead them to truly enrich their services and practices. By utilizing this
new information with such advanced tools, practitioners become empowered
to create more comfortable, beneficial results for their patients and
clients.
In early 2005, Anthony Speroni invested in some of the most advanced and
sophisticates biofeedback equipment in the world.
In early 2006, encouraged further in his career by the advancements in bioenergetic science and medicine, Dr. Anthony Speroni
completed his second, complementary and alterative medicine doctorate
degree – Doctor of Natural Health -- at (the now defunct) Clayton College of Natural
Health, Birmingham, Alabama. He also completed his
advanced training for certification as a biofeedback practitioner.
In 2007, Dr. Speroni was the first practitioner to introduce to Central
Florida a French-invented medical measuring device, the Electro
Interstitial Scan (EIS)
System (now called the ES Teck/PEMS medical device); later that year he toured the USA
and Canada, presenting the EIS equipment
and lecturing about the advantages and benefits it affords virtually every
physician in all areas of medicine. Then, in
late 2010, Dr. Speroni became licensed by the Pastoral Medical Association (PMA)
as a Doctor of Pastoral Therapy, DPT (P); thus qualifying him for international,
natural medicine, private ministry work throughout North America and in most
countries around the world {all applicants for licensure as a DPT (P) must hold
a doctorate level degree in a natural health related field, or show educational
achievement equivalent to 4000 clock hours from a university or school approved
by the Board, and one year documented clinical experience}.
Today, well over 33 years since he last sat in those
classrooms at the University of Miami, Florida, Anthony Speroni, N.D., N.H.D.,
operates a full-time CAM practice, continues the support and development of the
CAM Survey Pro software program, and still schedules traveling tours to lecture
and teach on CAM disciplines, natural medicine options, and bioelectromagnetic
devices. Often, he appears at diverse
locations around the country, at the invitation of select practitioners,
to hold small-group training courses or large-group seminars; at a lesser frequency, he
makes appearances elsewhere about the globe.
Perhaps, other than his education, decades of work in CAM, and several
diverse successful entrepreneurial exercises that give him the first-hand
ability to speak on and teach about so many different subjects, the
reasons Dr. Speroni is one of the most sought-after speakers in the field
of natural medicine and bioenergetics, include his ability to share data and educate others
using simple terminology that magnifies his casual presentation with a
straightforward, modest, and sincere character. Or, maybe it is because he
carries no hidden sales agenda or industry-specific prejudices wherever he
visits. Whatever the reason(s) may be, Anthony remains easy to contact and
has a seemingly tireless willingness to help others -- practitioners and
those with wellness challenges alike.br>
